Arvid Egeland, CEO since 1993. Arvid has worked as in component sales at several large Swedish companies, and has thus gained thorough experience of global marketing. He started in 1986 as head of marketing at Maxitech Electronics, a new manufacturer of thickfilm hybrids, was made managing director of Maxitech and later also its sister company Canterma Elektronik AB in Malmö, where he first established contact with SenseAir. In his work at SenseAir Arvid has always shown apparently unlimited energy and an unparalleled ability to make important new client contacts, and maintain earlier ones.

Linda Hammarström, CFO and VP SenseAir. Linda came to SenseAir in 2009 and brings extensive experience of accounting/controlling, project leadership, marketing, and management generally to the company. After completing her economics studies in 1996 Linda was employed by Stora Enso where she worked among other things as controller, project leader for a concern-wide productivity programme, implementation of SAP R3 and as head of marketing. After Stora Enso Linda worked for two years as Financial Controller at DHL Express. Linda has wide experience of working in larger companies in an international environment, and has for example spent four years of her career in the USA.

Hans Martin, CTO and head of R&D at SenseAir and founder of the company. As a research student in molecular spectroscopy at Stockholm University in the 1970s he was instrumental in building up the department of laser spectroscopy. In 1982 he received his doctorate and was appointed to an associate professorship at Stockholm University. He started the company Laser Spektrum AB in 1986, where he worked with diode laser systems and laser technology for gas measurement. In order to commercialise some ideas about how to make gas measurement by IR technology much more cost-efficient, Hans became in 1990 one of the two founders of the company which would become SenseAir AB. He is the author of over fifty scientific papers, published in international journals, and has a number of inventions to his name, eleven of which have been patented in different parts of the world. These patents are owned and maintained by SenseAir. The collaboration between MD Arvid Egeland and Head of R&D Hans Martin has proved be very successful and fruitful over the years. They have complemented each other in a unique way. Arvid's highly developed business sense and thorough technical competence, in combination with Hans' scientific creativity and industrial mindset has led to SenseAir developing into a world-leader – and pioneer –within its niche.

Örjan Ohlander, senior key account manager. Örjan has worked at SenseAir from the start in 1993 with production, production management, product development, purchasing and marketing. He now works as head of production and key account manager.

Susanne Wikström, head of human resources. Deputy site manager in the absence of the the managing director. Susanne started at SenseAir as a financial assistant in 1994 and since 2005 is in charge of finance and and personnel within the company.

Ulf Sörell, quality manager. Ulf came to SenseAir in 2007. He has 20 years' experience of manufacturing companies, 10 of them as head of quality. At SenseAir AB Ulf has responsibility for the quality management system and works with overall quality control and improvement.
